- Schedule a Fitting Appointment: Your wig journey begins with a 60-minute private fitting appointment. This dedicated time allows us to get to know you, understand your needs, and explore options together without any rush.
- Private Consultation: During your appointment, one of our specialists will sit with you one-on-one in a private setting. We will talk through your lifestyle, your preferences, and your goals. There is no pressure and no rush. This is your time.
- Trying On & Selecting: We will guide you through the options that suit your needs, helping you try on styles and explore what feels right. Our specialists are trained to help you see yourself in new ways and to find a look that genuinely resonates.
- Fitting & Customization: Once you have found something you love, we will fit it properly and make any needed adjustments. For each wig, this step involves taking measurements and discussing all the details to ensure an ideal fit.
- Ongoing Care & Support: We do not consider our relationship with you finished when you leave our door. Our styling and maintenance services are available whenever you need them, and our team is always here to answer questions and help you get the most from your wig or hairpiece.
Insurance & Coverage
Wigs and hairpieces may be covered by insurance when hair loss is related to a medical condition. Coverage varies by plan, and documentation such as a letter of medical necessity from your physician may be required.
